The Consulting extends the Organization and the creation of procedures for the Offices Marketing, Sales and Customer Service promoting the measurability of performance.

BUSINESS DEVELOPEMENT

Development of new business for the internationalization and the opening of new sales channels. We become the sales and exports department in outsourcing by providing Managers with experience in Sales Management in structured companies and experts of Export Management. The service leads the company to acquire new customers abroad thanks to the support of our network of certified partners in 42 countries worldwide.

COMMUNICATION DEVELOPEMENT

Area focused on identifying ways and develop the message that allows the company to achieve the goals of Brand Awareness and Brand Reputation. The design services are driven to obtain specific results of marketing aiming to consolidate over time the image that best meets the needs of the client’s market.

Analysis

Every action begins with a meeting and a market analysis of our customer. Analizing the competitive dynamics and the difficulties in communication and sales is the first step to understanding how marketing, communication and sales can be integrated to provide an effective and lasting result.

Goals

The analysis provides an opportunity to understand the dynamics of the company and gives the consultants the opportunity to know the business of the customer on an objective basis. This is the starting point to set concrete goals of branding (positioning, knowledge, reputation), communication (image, message, target) and sales (market share, competitiveness, channels).

Planning

Together with the customer in every area of our business path we establish timing and mode of implementation of the goals by identifying the possible scenarios for the future. We outline the growth involving all human resources in the change as to make it persistent over time.

Creativity

Creativity is important in all aspects: in marketing and sales for achieving challenging goals and seeking for innovative areas of competitiveness; in communication for disseminating an unique and specific message to the target audience. PROFESSIONALS
Senior Project Leader

He is the main customer reference. He takes care of the farm audit and strategic planning in the areas of competence. Together with the company management he determines the goal to be achieved and supports the start-up activity along with the Business Coach.
In Business Development projects he is the internal reference of A-Marks Factory for relation with Foreign Partners.
He has a degree in economics or engineering accompanied by a Master in the discipline in which he is responsible. He has at least 10 years of experience within the major multinational companies where he had a managerial role and has shown concrete results of development. He is a problem solver, a motivator and has entrepreneurial spirit to be able to dialogue with managers and company owners.

Senior Business Coach

is the coach of the customer. He transform Planning in Operations by training the internal resources on the steps designed by the Project Leader. He has a degree in economics and a successful experience as a trainer, consultant or manager in marketing, sales and/or communication. He understands strategies and knows how to make them effective through a constant and orgnized work. His skills are the result of university studies, constant training and a full passion for teamwork.
He improves the organization and provides customized tools so that customers can achieve the agreed results. He is the Leader of the Junior Business Coach Team.

Junior Business Coach

This is youngest professional in A-Marks Factory for consulting and training company. He has a degree in economics and he is motivated by pursuing continued growth both in team and independently.
He is motivated by the ongoing challenges, of change and personal and professional growth. He is a very good listener and knows how to relate in a positive manner at all levels. It has spirit of observation and problem solving skills.

Business Development Partner

A-Marks Factory works in partnership with CMC certified professionals in 42 countries worldwide. These are specialized senior figures in various business areas such as: market research, marketing, sales and communications. The support of these professionals is crucial to search and select partners and customers in foreign countries, to test the introduction of a new product or service or to expand sales to a new sales channel.
The Business Development Partner is a consultant or a company that has at least ten years professional experience. It also has its own network of contacts and knowledge that are often valuable for the introduction into new markets.

Account Manager

is the reference commercial customer of A-Marks Factory. He has a degree in economics that allows him to be able to understand from the first meeting with the client his needs, and at least ten years experience in selling high quality services to businesses. His speech is valuable to ensure the updating of clients on business opportunities and subsidized financing for consulting and training projects.
